Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between EduGlobally (SMC-Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us") and the institute that registers for ERP, Educational Regulator Program ("the institute", "you"). The person who registers confirms that they are authorised to accept these terms for the institute.

1. The service

ERP is an online system for managing an educational institute: students, classes, attendance, results, fees, staff and related records, across one or more campuses. Features are described on our website and may improve over time.

2. Registration and approval

Registrations are reviewed before access is given. We may decline a registration, for example if details cannot be confirmed. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free trial

Each institute may have one free trial of 30 days, starting when we approve the registration. No payment details are needed for the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the account becomes read only as described in section 6.

4. Accounts and security

• Your main administrator controls who can use the system and what they can see.
• Each person must use their own account and keep their password private.
• Tell us straight away at info@edu-globally.com if you suspect an account has been misused.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Pakistani rupees, per campus per month, based on each campus's number of students, as shown on our pricing page. The first campus is the base package; each additional campus receives the discount shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. A yearly payment costs 10 months' price.
• Applicable taxes are charged in addition where the law requires.
• If a campus grows into a larger student band, the new price applies from the next billing period.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. It applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.

6. Late payment

• For 7 days after a payment is due, full access continues and administrators are reminded.
• After that, the account becomes read only: records can be viewed, printed and exported, but not added or changed.
• After 90 days read only, access is suspended; your administrator can still sign in to pay or download data.
• Full access returns as soon as payment is confirmed.

7. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the records you enter, including their accuracy, and for decisions you make with them, such as results, promotions and fee collection. Please check important outputs before relying on them.
• You must have a lawful basis, and any consent required, to record information about students, parents, guardians and staff, and keep them informed about how it is used.
• You must not use the service to break any law, to send unlawful or harmful material, to try to reach another institute's information, or to interfere with the service.

8. Your data

Your institute's records belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. Your administrator can download your data at any time, including while the account is read only.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure and to fix problems promptly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance, giving notice where practical. Support is available by email at info@edu-globally.com.

10. Cancellation and ending the agreement

• You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable.
• After an account ends, records are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then permanently deleted. See our refund and cancellation policy for refunds.

11. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

12. Ownership of the software

The ERP software, design and name belong to EduGlobally (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. You may use the service under these terms but may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

13. Changes to these terms

We will give at least 30 days' notice of any important change by email and on this page. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion. If that fails, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will decide it.
