One institute, many campuses
Each campus keeps its own students, staff, fees and records, and campus staff see only their own campus. Your central administration can switch between campuses and see combined figures for the whole institute.

Every institute's records are kept apart and every request is checked. Each person sees only what their role allows, every important change is logged with who made it, and you can download all your data at any time.
Simple pricing per campus
Prices depend on how many students each campus has. Your first campus is the base package; every additional campus is 20% less. Pay yearly and pay for 10 months instead of 12.

How the free trial works
- Register your institute and its main administrator.
- We review the registration, usually within one working day, and email you your institute code.
- Sign in and follow the setup steps: your logo, campuses, academic year, terms, weightings, grading and classes.
- Use everything free for 30 days, then choose a plan. If you do not, your records stay safe and readable.
Questions
Who can use ERP?
Any educational institute in Pakistan: primary and secondary, colleges, academies, universities and training centres. You decide the names of your classes, terms and grades.
How do staff and parents sign in?
Your administrator adds them and sends each person a private link to choose their own password. They sign in with your institute code and their email, username or mobile number.
What happens if we stop paying?
After a short grace period the system becomes read only. Nothing is deleted while you decide, and you can download all your records.
Can we have more than one campus?
Yes. Each campus has its own records and staff access, and central administrators can see all of them.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer today, with card payments coming soon. Every payment gets a receipt.
