Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ERP subscriptions from EduGlobally (SMC-Pvt) Ltd.

1. Free trial

The 30 day free trial costs nothing and needs no payment details. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

2. How to cancel

Your institute's main administrator can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in ERP. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. You can withdraw the cancellation before that date.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly payments are not refundable once the month has started. After cancelling, you will not be charged again.

4. Yearly subscriptions

• If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment, we refund the payment less the monthly price for each month that has started.
• After 14 days, yearly payments are not refundable, but access continues until the end of the paid year.

5. Payments made in error

Duplicate payments, or amounts charged in error, are refunded in full.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email info@edu-globally.com from your main administrator's registered email address, with your institute code and the payment reference. We will reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are paid within 14 working days, to the original card or by bank transfer to the institute's account.

7. After cancellation

Your records stay available to download for 30 days after access ends, then are permanently deleted. If you pay again within that time, full access is restored with your records intact.
