Delete your ERP account

ERP is used by institutes for their staff and parents. You can ask for your own account to be deleted at any time, from the app or from this page.

What is deleted and what is kept

Staff, teacher and parent accounts: we delete your sign in account, your password and the contact details you used to sign in. Records your institute must keep, such as a student's fees, attendance and results or a staff member's salary records, belong to the institute and stay with it. Your institute administrator can also switch off or remove your account straight away.
A whole institute: the main administrator can cancel the subscription from the Subscription page in a web browser or in the app. Access ends, records are kept for a short time so they can be downloaded, and then every record of that institute is permanently deleted, including backups as they expire.
We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email or phone. Entries in an institute's activity log that show who changed a record stay with that institute's records.
